How FamilyQuest started

FamilyQuest started in White River in 2020. The idea was simple: offer comfortable self-catering accommodation that works well for families and friends travelling together, with enough space, useful facilities and clear information before guests arrive.

What matters to us

We manage FamilyQuest as people who travel ourselves. The things that matter are usually practical: a clean and comfortable place, a properly equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, enough room for everyone and knowing what to expect before you book. Each property is different, but the experience should always feel straightforward.

Where FamilyQuest is going

White River is where FamilyQuest began, but the collection is not intended to stay tied to one town or a fixed number of properties. As we add new stays and destinations, we want to keep the same personal approach and only add places we would be comfortable recommending to our own family and friends.

FamilyQuest has grown since 2020, but the idea behind it has stayed the same: make it easier for people to find a good place to stay and enjoy the trip.
